Join us as we explore the Laws of Attraction through interactive connection games, deepening self-awareness and authentic expression.
Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of freely expressing your true experience in the company of others. We start and end in a circle together, and we play a variety of connection games that range from verbal, nonverbal, movement, and sound. We set agreements so that we have clear ideas of how to connect in the space and teach radical presence.
(AR) practices create a brave, intentional space to create meaningful connections to self and others. By learning Authentic Relating skills, you can drop your conditioned habits, and learn to relate with yourself and others from a deeper more authentic expression of your truth.
This series, we will be exploring the laws of attraction with (AR) games. Feel free to join any or all workshops at any point during this series. Each workshop will be different based off the game flow created and the over arching theme of the week. Here are the themes of this 11 week series.

Come as you are but ideally comfortably dressed. Bring a meditation/sitting pillow if you wish, but we will have some cushions to sit comfortably on the ground and chairs if needed.
