Facilitator Reservations
Welcome to DFW Crystals Facilitator Reservations Portal. Workshops, Classes, Flex Space Reservations, Private Events and Collaborations must be requested using one of the forms below.
If you have never held classes or workshops at DFW Crystals in the past, you must set an appointment to meet with a staff member, discuss your offerings and view the space prior to filling out a reservation form. Call 214-587-4535 to make an appointment.
DFW Crystals offers 3 different spaces and options for facilitators.
Out of respect for our shopping center neighbors, any Meditation/Ceremonial Space reservation for Sound Healing, Singing or event that's louder than laughter, can be held on Sunday's starting at 12:30 pm and Monday - Saturday starting at 7:00 pm.

Private events: The facilitator reserves the space and all promotion, attendance, etc., is on the facilitator. There is a 2 hour minimum for classroom or meditation/ceremonial space rental.
Flex Space: This is a small room for One on One's for Energy Work, Reiki, Aura Photography, Readings or Coaching Sessions. Massage is not allowed. This space is rented in 30 minute increments.
Collaborative offering: DFW Crystals will collect the reservation fees and keep a percentage of the fees as commission as well as promote to our customers.

Our Meditation/Ceremonial space can accommodate many guests and has overhead as well as mood lighting. The number of guests in any scenario will be dependent upon the space that the facilitator(s) wants/needs to occupy for their set up. The space can accommodate up to 24 yoga mats. Additionally we offer a switch out of 8 mats for 6 reclining chairs (for those who may not be comfortable on the floor). This space can also accommodate up to 20 sitting chairs and 20 cushions for a total of 40. Several different table and chair configurations are also possible. Please schedule an appointment by calling 214-587-4535 to set an appointment to review and discuss table and chair set up for the Meditation/Ceremonial space. We have a podium available and facilitator tables if needed.
Our Classroom space can accommodate: Comfortably 12 with tables and chairs. 16 is tight and 20 is very full and the maximum. This set up will also include an additional table and 2 chairs for the facilitator. One additional table can be requested as a display table. This space can also be set up with up to 20 chairs in an oval shape. Or 20 chairs in 2 long rows or 5 short rows. Either of these set ups will include the use of a facilitator table, display table upon request and/or a podium. The classroom space has overhead as well as mood lighting options.
Our Flex space has overhead and mood lighting and is set up with a round table and 2 chairs as well as a Reiki Table (massage table). A white back drop is available upon request, for Aura Photography sessions.
