Do you ever wish you had a reset button for your emotions? In this interactive 60-minute workshop, we’ll explore how essential oils can help us gently release what we don’t want to carry and anchor in the emotions we’d love to feel more of — like calm, confidence, and joy.
Together we’ll:
· Start with a grounding meditation to check in with how we’re really feeling
· Explore the emotional impact of oils
· Create a personalized essential oil blend to anchor your chosen “positive emotion”
· Join in a collective ritual to release and renew as a community
You’ll leave with a custom take-home bottle and simple daily rituals you can use to reset your mood anytime. No prior experience with essential oils is needed — just curiosity and an open heart.
