In this workshop, we’ll create space to reconnect with that inner wisdom, quiet the noise that has kept her hidden, and listen for what is ready to be reclaimed now. Through reflection, gentle meditation, and meaningful conversation, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of the woman within and one grounded way to honor her in your everyday life.

Ann Ranson is a heart-centered teacher, speaker, and professionally trained coach who helps women reconnect with what matters most. Drawing on decades of experience in personal transformation, spiritual study, coaching, and facilitation, Ann guides women to pause, listen inward, reimagine what fits now, and make choices they can trust. Her work blends practical wisdom with soulful reflection, inviting women to reclaim their inner knowing and live with greater clarity, purpose, and alignment.
