The Thread of Becoming is an immersive astral meditation journey centered on choice, transformation, and the quiet ways we participate in creating who we are becoming.
During this experience, you will be guided beyond the familiar and into an ethereal field of luminous threads—each representing experiences, beliefs, relationships, lessons, possibilities, and the many energies woven throughout your life.
Some threads may feel bright and alive.
Some may feel tangled.
Some may belong to chapters you have already outgrown.
And somewhere among them, one thread may begin to call to you.
Your journey will lead you into a celestial weaving chamber where the tapestry of your life is still unfinished. Here, you will be invited to explore what has shaped you, recognize what you are still carrying, and connect with the energy you consciously choose to weave forward.
Rather than attempting to predict a fixed future, this meditation invites you into a deeper question: What are you choosing to become?
You may receive your answer as a word, image, feeling, color, memory, symbol, or intuitive knowing.
Throughout the journey, you will explore themes of:

No previous astral projection or meditation experience is required. Simply come with an open mind, a willingness to explore, and curiosity about what may be waiting within the unfinished spaces of your story.
What you need to bring:
Just YOU, open and ready! Plush yoga mats, neck rolls and fuzzy blankets are provided to ensure a relaxing and comfortable journey. Eye masks are recommended.
This class will be held in person at DFW Crystals located at 901 W Parker Rd. Ste 121 Plano, TX 75023.
In honoring participants and the nature of the session, late arrivals will not be accepted.

Misty Rainwater is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Level III, Quantum Healing Practitioner, Energy Healer, Meditation & Astral Guide, and Past-Life Facilitator devoted to helping others reconnect with the deeper intelligence of the body, energy, and soul.

She is the creator of The Frequency Shift Workshop, an experiential exploration of sound, vibration, energy, and energetic alignment, and Somatic Flow, a body-centered practice that combines intentional movement, breathwork, vibration, chakra work, and energetic integration to help participants build greater body awareness, move emotional energy, and reconnect with themselves from within.
