This guided meditation experience is designed to awaken that same energy within your body and energetic field.
During this session, we will move through all seven chakras, activating the natural flow of passion, creativity, and life force energy that lives within you. Each chakra holds a different expression of creative power — from grounded stability to visionary inspiration.
When the energy centers are aligned, creativity becomes effortless. Ideas flow more freely. Your body feels energized, inspired, and connected to purpose.
Together we will explore:
Root Chakra — Awakening the courage to take action
Sacral Chakra — Reconnecting with creativity, pleasure, and emotional flow
Solar Plexus Chakra — Igniting personal power and confidence

Just YOU, open and ready to receive ~ plush yoga mats, neck rolls and fuzzy blankets are provided to ensure a relaxing and comfortable journey.
