The Somatic Shift: Sacred Flow Sessions - Weds 10/14 @ 7pm

Somatic Flow is an immersive mind-body experience designed to build deep body awareness, support nervous system regulation, and help move emotional energy through the body through intentional movement, breath, vibration, and stillness.

Our bodies remember what our minds often move past. Stress, anxiety, overwhelm, frustration, grief, and unexpressed emotion can show up physically as tension, restlessness, heaviness, disconnection, or the feeling of simply being stuck. Somatic Flow invites you to stop analyzing what you feel and begin experiencing it through the body.

Rather than focusing on how movement looks from the outside, we focus entirely on how it feels from within.

Throughout the experience, we use expressive movement, rhythmic tools, breathwork, sound, tuning forks, and intentional pauses to create a cycle of activation and release. You may shake, stomp, sway, spiral, reach, contract, expand, and move intuitively—building heat and momentum before transitioning into moments of breath, vibration, and deep stillness.

These transitions are an essential part of the practice. Moving between active expression and quiet integration gives the body an opportunity to experience both activation and safety, helping you become more aware of your nervous system and practice returning to a grounded, regulated state.

The journey moves intentionally through the chakra system.

We begin with the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus Chakras, using physical movement to awaken the body, build heat, reconnect with instinct, access emotion, and strengthen personal power.

From there, we move into the Heart Chakra, where vibration and tuning forks help soften the body and open the energetic channel through the center of the chest.

We then work through the Throat Chakra, creating space for expression, sound, breath, and the release of what has been held back or left unspoken.

As the body becomes quieter and more open, our attention rises into the Third Eye and Crown Chakras, strengthening intuition, inner awareness, visualization, and connection to the higher self.

And then we complete the cycle.

After releasing what the body is ready to let go of, we do not leave that space empty. You will be guided to create your own Reiki ball of light—a concentrated sphere of healing energy generated through your own hands and intention—and consciously bring that energy back into the body.

Release becomes replenishment. Movement becomes stillness. Expression becomes awareness. And what began as stored tension becomes space for something new.

Somatic Flow is not about performing, perfecting a movement, or forcing an emotional breakthrough. It is an opportunity to listen to your body, allow it to communicate in its own language, and experience what can happen when movement, breath, vibration, energy, and stillness become one continuous flow.

You leave feeling lighter, more grounded, more open, and deeply reconnected with yourself.
