Authentic Relating Community Games Night - Hosted by Alexander, Paul, and Angel
Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of expressing your real, present-moment experience in connection with others.
We begin and end in a circle—anchoring the space together. From there, we explore a series of intentional connection games that may include verbal sharing, nonverbal awareness, movement, touch (with consent), and sound. Clear agreements are set at the start so that everyone understands the boundaries, the container, and their agency within it.
AR creates a brave and playful space—supported by structure and rooted in presence—where meaningful connection can naturally unfold.
Through these practices, you begin to notice your conditioned relational patterns and experiment with new ways of being. Instead of relating from habit, performance, or protection, you are invited to relate from truth.
This work strengthens:

When we express from what is real—rather than what is expected—we create relationships grounded in authenticity instead of assumption.

Chakra-Themed Exploration
Across many wisdom traditions, the chakras are understood as symbolic centers representing different aspects of the human experience—from our sense of safety and belonging to our ability to love, communicate, perceive, and find meaning.
In this series, we’ll explore each chakra through Authentic Relating games that invite us to experience these themes in relationship with others.
Rather than trying to “open” or “balance” a chakra, we’ll become curious about the ways these qualities naturally arise within us.
The wisdom comes from lived experience—not from getting it right.

The Solar Plexus Chakra represents our ability to act with intention and integrity. It is where confidence, self-worth, healthy boundaries, and personal responsibility come together. When balanced, we act with courage, humility, and conviction without needing to prove ourselves. When out of balance, we may struggle with self-doubt, indecision, people-pleasing, perfectionism, control, anger, or a need to dominate or withdraw.
