As we continue our four-part Our Ancestors series, we enter a chapter of receiving, awakening, and remembrance.
Our ancestors passed down more than stories and traditions. Within our lineage live countless gifts—strengths developed through experience, wisdom gained through generations, skills refined through challenges, and innate qualities carried forward through time.
This evening is an invitation to open the doorway to these gifts and reconnect with the ancestral wisdom that has always been woven into our journey.
Through the heart-opening medicine of Sacred Cacao, the transformative practice of The Ancestral Key, and an immersive sound healing journey, we will explore the strengths, wisdom, and supportive qualities held within our ancestral lineage.
The Ancestral Key is a spiritual practice received through Laura’s work with her spirit guides. Through this guided journey, participants are invited to connect with one or more ancestors, ancestral energies, or lineage connections that are ready to offer support, wisdom, and remembrance.
Through this experience, we explore the gifts carried through our lineage—such as skills, learned lessons, resilience, natural instincts, abilities, creativity, and ways of overcoming challenges. These qualities may be ready to be recognized, honored, and integrated into our lives in meaningful ways.
This is a journey of receiving—not from outside of ourselves, but from the deep ancestral roots that have helped shape who we are.
Jono will guide us through a specially created sound healing journey designed to support this experience of awakening and integration. Through crystal bowls, chimes, and ancestral instruments, the vibrations will help soothe the nervous system, deepen embodiment, and support the body in receiving and integrating the wisdom and gifts uncovered during the journey.

Water to stay hydrated throughout, and an eye mask for the sound healing journey.

Small instruments such as shakers, rattles, or hand drums, if you feel called to contribute to the collective vibration.
About the Series
The Ancestral Key: Awakening the Gifts Within is Chapter Three of our four-part Our Ancestors journey.
Each gathering is a complete experience and welcomes you wherever you are on your path. While attending all four ceremonies allows the themes to unfold more deeply, you are warmly invited to join us even if you missed previous chapters.
Together, we continue the journey of remembering where we come from, healing what has been carried, receiving the gifts of our lineage, and discovering how these gifts are meant to be expressed through us.

About the facilitators:
Jono Rang is a well-established practitioner, respected community leader, and skilled facilitator of sacred ceremonial spaces.
Over the past several years, he has dedicated his life to supporting others on their paths to physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Jono specializes in Thai bodywork, Reiki, and sound healing.
His certifications include cupping therapy, Thai bodywork, EMDR, somatic therapy, Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher, and Lomi Lomi massage.
Jono firmly believes that true healing must come from within. He works collaboratively with his clients to uncover and address deep, unprocessed trauma and stored emotions held in the body. By integrating his expertise in bodywork, sound healing, and somatic therapy, Jono helps clients return to a sense of wholeness and well-being.
Outside of his healing work, Jono enjoys meditating, walking, spending time at the beach, hiking in the mountains, reading, journaling, ecstatic dance, attending local sweat lodges, and supporting other community leaders by participating in conscious events.
Laura Santa Anna is a visionary healer with more than 20 years of experience in the holistic healing arts. She has developed her own signature healing techniques and is highly regarded for her expertise in facilitating cacao ceremonies.
Blending the transformative power of voice and sound, Laura skillfully guides individuals on profound journeys of self-discovery and spiritual healing. Her intuitive and compassionate presence creates a nurturing space where clients can reconnect with their inner selves, release what no longer serves them, and embrace deep, lasting transformation.
