Chapter Four: Living the Legacy – Ancestral Celebration, Cacao Experience & Sound Healing Journey

As we arrive at the final chapter of our four-part Our Ancestors series, we gather in gratitude, remembrance, and celebration.

Throughout this journey, we have honored those who came before us, explored healing within our ancestral line, and opened ourselves to receive the wisdom and gifts carried through our lineage.

Now, we turn toward the sacred question:

How will we carry these gifts forward?

Our ancestors live on not only through our memories, but through the choices we make, the love we share, the values we embody, and the legacy we create for generations to come.

Inspired by the rich traditions of Día de los Muertos, we will come together to co-create a community altar—a sacred space honoring the ancestors, loved ones, and lineage connections of those gathered with us.

Each participant is invited to bring a photo, offering, or meaningful item representing an ancestor or loved one they wish to honor. As our offerings come together, we create a shared altar that reflects the unique stories, memories, wisdom, and love carried by our community.

Through this collective act of remembrance, we celebrate the ongoing relationship between those who came before us, those walking beside us now, and the generations that will follow.

Through the heart-opening medicine of Sacred Cacao and a deeply restorative sound healing journey, we will integrate the wisdom of this series and celebrate the ancestral threads that connect us all.

Jono will guide us through a specially designed sound healing experience created to support integration, gratitude, and embodiment. Through crystal bowls, chimes, and ancestral instruments, we will create space for reflection, connection, and deep appreciation for the journey we have shared.

Why we gather:

• To honor the ancestors and loved ones whose lives and experiences helped shape our own.

• To create a sacred community space where each person's lineage is witnessed and celebrated.

• To express gratitude for the wisdom, resilience, love, and gifts carried through generations.

• To recognize ourselves as a bridge between the ancestors who came before and the generations yet to come.

• To celebrate the sacred connection that exists between past, present, and future.

What to expect:

• A heart-opening Sacred Cacao experience.

• A community altar creation inspired by Día de los Muertos traditions of remembrance and honoring.

• Opportunities to bring offerings, photos, and meaningful items to contribute to our collective altar.

• Reflection and intention setting around the legacy we wish to embody.

• A Sound Healing Journey guided by Jono, designed to support integration, gratitude, and connection.

• Medicine songs and sacred community sharing.

What to bring:

• Photos or tokens of loved ones, ancestors, or lineage connections you wish to honor.

• Flowers, notes, crystals, or meaningful objects to contribute to our community altar.

• A journal and pen.

• A cushion, eye mask, blanket, or anything that helps you feel grounded and comfortable.

• Water to stay hydrated.

• Small instruments such as shakers, rattles, or hand drums if you feel called to contribute to the collective vibration.

About the Series

Living the Legacy is the final chapter of our four-part Our Ancestors journey.

Each gathering has been a doorway into deeper connection—with our ancestors, our lineage, ourselves, and one another. While this is the closing chapter of this series, the relationship we cultivate with our ancestors continues beyond this gathering.

Whether you have joined us throughout the journey or are arriving for the first time, you are warmly welcomed.

Together, we remember where we come from, honor what has been carried, receive the gifts of our lineage, and step forward as conscious creators of the legacy we leave behind.

With gratitude, love, and remembrance, we welcome you.
