Across many Indigenous traditions, including the teachings of the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois), we are reminded to consider how our choices today may affect the next seven generations. This timeless perspective invites us to recognize that the legacy we create is shaped not only by what we inherit but by what we choose to cultivate for those who come after us.
As we arrive at the fifth and final chapter of our Our Ancestors series, we gently turn our gaze from the past toward the future.
Throughout this journey, we have remembered that our ancestors live within us, lovingly released what no longer serves our lineage, awakened the gifts and wisdom carried through generations, and embraced ourselves as the living continuation of those who came before us.
Now, we are invited into one final reflection:
One day, we, too, will become someone's ancestors.
What wisdom will we pass on?
What values will live beyond us?
What seeds are we planting today that future generations will one day harvest?
Through the heart-opening medicine of Sacred Cacao, guided reflection, and an immersive Sound Healing Journey, we will explore the legacy we are already creating—not through extraordinary accomplishments, but through the everyday ways we choose to live, love, and serve.
Together, we will reflect on the gifts we have received from those who came before us and consider which of those gifts we wish to carry forward. In doing so, we recognize that the healing, wisdom, and love we cultivate today become the inheritance of tomorrow.

The Seeds of Our Future is the fifth and final chapter of our five-part Our Ancestors journey.
Each gathering is a complete experience and welcomes you wherever you are on your path. While attending the full series allows the journey to unfold more deeply, you are warmly invited to join us at any chapter.

About the facilitators:
Jono Rang is a well-established practitioner, respected community leader, and skilled facilitator of sacred ceremonial spaces.
Over the past several years, he has dedicated his life to supporting others on their paths to physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Jono specializes in Thai bodywork, Reiki, and sound healing.
His certifications include cupping therapy, Thai bodywork, EMDR, somatic therapy, Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher, and Lomi Lomi massage.
Jono firmly believes that true healing must come from within. He works collaboratively with his clients to uncover and address deep, unprocessed trauma and stored emotions held in the body. By integrating his expertise in bodywork, sound healing, and somatic therapy, Jono helps clients return to a sense of wholeness and well-being.
Outside of his healing work, Jono enjoys meditating, walking, spending time at the beach, hiking in the mountains, reading, journaling, ecstatic dance, attending local sweat lodges, and supporting other community leaders by participating in conscious events.
Laura Santa Anna is a visionary healer with more than 20 years of experience in the holistic healing arts. She has developed her own signature healing techniques and is highly regarded for her expertise in facilitating cacao ceremonies.
Blending the transformative power of voice and sound, Laura skillfully guides individuals on profound journeys of self-discovery and spiritual healing. Her intuitive and compassionate presence creates a nurturing space where clients can reconnect with their inner selves, release what no longer serves them, and embrace deep, lasting transformation.
