As autumn deepens and the days grow darker, we are invited to turn inward.
The Lantern Within is a guided chakra meditation designed to help you reconnect with the light, wisdom, and awareness already present inside you.
During this immersive journey, you will enter a symbolic autumn landscape at twilight, carrying an unlit lantern through a mystical forest. As you move through each of the seven chakras, your lantern will gradually awaken—revealing something different about your sense of safety, creativity, personal power, compassion, truth, intuition, and connection.
Rather than searching outside yourself for answers, this meditation invites you to gently illuminate what is already within.

What you need to bring:
Just YOU, open and ready to receive ~ plush yoga mats, neck rolls and fuzzy blankets are provided to ensure a relaxing and comfortable journey.
This class will be held in person at DFW Crystals located at 901 W Parker Rd. Ste 121 Plano, TX 75023.
