SCORPIO ALCHEMY: A Gong Sound Bath & Reiki Experience with Erika - Sun 11/8 @ 4:30pm
SCORPIO ALCHEMY: A 60-Minute Gong Sound Bath & Reiki Experience - Erika Arnaiz
Step into a deeply restorative hour designed to help you release what feels heavy, stagnant, or complete.
Held during the depth of Scorpio Season and the releasing energy of the Waning Moon, this experience invites you inward. Scorpio is often associated with transformation, rebirth, emotional depth, and the subconscious, making this a powerful time for reflection, energetic clearing, and intentional release.
Through the immersive resonance of the gong, you’ll be guided into a space where the mind can soften, the body can settle, and what you have been carrying can begin to loosen.
The 60-Minute Experience
First 40 Minutes — The Gong Journey
Allow yourself to be surrounded by the deep, layered frequencies of the gong. The soundscape is designed to encourage deep relaxation, quiet mental chatter, support nervous system downshifting, and create space for emotional and energetic release.
You do not need to “do” anything. Simply lie back, breathe, and allow the vibration to move through you.
Final 20 Minutes — Integration + Optional Reiki
After the gong journey, you’ll rest in the spacious stillness that follows.
During this integration period, gentle Reiki will be offered individually to those who wish to receive it. Each person may receive a few minutes of focused energy work intended to support grounding, balance, clearing, and integration.
Reiki is completely optional. If you prefer to remain undisturbed and simply rest in the silence, your space will be fully respected.
This intimate 60-minute experience is an invitation to soften your grip, release what you no longer wish to carry, and give your body and mind space for deep rest.
Come as you are. Rest deeply. Release gently. Leave a little lighter.
