Kundalini practice invites this energy to awaken, move, and rise through the body, helping us reconnect with the deepest truth of who we are and what we are here to express.

This powerful and beautiful practice blends movement, mantra, breathwork, meditation, and focused awareness to create greater balance within your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies. Kundalini Yoga can help cultivate vitality, clarity, inner strength, nervous-system regulation, and a deeper connection to your intuition and highest self. Through the practice, we begin to quiet the outside noise and create space to hear the voice of our own truth.

Brittani teaches a form of Kundalini that is led from the heart and rooted in softness. While the practice can be powerful and transformative, there is no need to force, push, or perform. We listen to the body, honor where we are, and allow the practice to meet us exactly as we are.

This yoga is for ALL bodies and all levels of physical ability. If you are physically limited, we can use breath, visualization, meditation, and the mind to create shifts within the energetic body. If you need to sit in a chair—or cannot move your body at all—that is completely okay. You can still participate fully and experience profound benefits in your energy, awareness, and overall sense of well-being.
