Permission to Receive with Ann Ranson - 11/15 @ 1PM
Join us for this 1.5 hour workshop!
Permission to Receive
Open to gratitude, support, grace, and the good that is ready to meet you.
A heart-opening experience for softening the habit of doing it all, allowing yourself to receive, and welcoming the wisdom, support, and blessings already present in your life.
Many women know how to give, help, support, and hold so much for others. Receiving can feel more tender. It may ask us to be seen, helped, appreciated, supported, or given to in ways we are still learning to allow.
In this workshop, we’ll explore where receiving feels natural, where it feels uncomfortable, and what your heart may be ready to welcome now. Through reflection, gentle meditation, ritual, and meaningful conversation, you’ll open more fully to gratitude, grace, support, and the good already present in your life.
