A reflective experience for naming what you’ve outgrown, releasing what feels complete, and honoring the woman you are becoming.
Description: Sometimes we keep carrying roles, expectations, identities, and old definitions of success long after they’ve stopped fitting. In this workshop, we’ll notice what feels outdated, what feels complete, and what your inner wisdom is asking you to release. Through reflection, gentle meditation, a simple release ritual, and meaningful conversation, you’ll begin to untangle what has been taking up too much space. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what you are ready to lay down, and how to honor that release in your everyday life.
This experience will be held in person at DFW Crystals located at 901 W Parker Rd. Ste 121 Plano, TX 75023.
