sequentially, the instructor is unable to back up to fill in missing
foundational gaps for mid-series arrivals, which can lead to a confusing and
frustrating experience for you.
For Experienced Journeyers: If you already have established experience
with shamanic journeywork specifically (distinct from general meditation or
community drum circles), you are welcome to drop in to individual sessions
within this series.
Shamanic Class 2: The Three Worlds & The First Steps of Journeying
Building on our foundational knowledge, this class explores the landscape of the
Three Worlds (Lower, Upper, and Middle) and the mechanics of the shamanic
journey.
Students will participate in a practice journey designed to build
familiarity with the state of consciousness and navigate early practical questions
or experiences.
Time is reserved afterward for journaling, integration, and group Q & A.
Guided by Arianna, this immersive circle blends shamanic teachings with simple ceremony, rhythmic drumming and rattling, meditation, and guided journeywork to help participants quiet the thinking mind and enter a more receptive, intuitive state. As the steady rhythm settles into the body, everyday distractions begin to soften, making space for insight, healing, and meaningful spiritual exploration.
Please bring a drum or rattle if you have one. If you don't, you're still warmly welcome—participation does not require any special tools, and simply being present is enough to fully experience the circle.
Come as you are, bring an open heart, and allow the rhythm to guide you inward.
This experience will be held in person at DFW Crystals located at 901 W Parker Rd. Ste 121 Plano, TX 75023.
