Join Crystal for a mindful journey that blends gentle flow, grounding breathwork, and moments of stillness to release tension and invite tranquility into both body and spirit.
Each session focuses on mindful movement, conscious breathing, and inner awareness, helping you reconnect with yourself and cultivate peace from within. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, this class offers supportive guidance, modifications for all abilities, and a nurturing atmosphere to help you reset and realign for the week ahead.

You will need to bring your own yoga mat for this event.
This class will be held in person at DFW Crystals located at 901 W Parker Rd. Ste 121 Plano, TX 75023.

Crystal is a devoted guide in the art of mindful movement and energetic balance. She weaves together breath, flow, and stillness to create classes that nurture harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Her teaching style blends grounding, Hatha-inspired sequences with restorative postures and gentle sound healing, offering a deeply soothing and heart-centered experience.
With a passion for cultivating presence and inner peace, Crystal holds space for students to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their natural rhythm. She believes yoga is not just a practice on the mat, but a journey of returning home to oneself—and she welcomes every student to move, breathe, and grow within a supportive, connected community.
